Rough and Tumble 2026 Membership Meeting and Banquet Picnic

Calling all Members! Rough and Tumble Membership Picnic is just around the corner! Get your tickets in August. Available on line with at PayPal.  Will also be available at the gate. Lots of fun for all! Membership Meeting at 1:00, food to be served after meeting. Lots of give-aways, 50-50 and as always Tractor Supply will make a great donation for the big prize! DJ Larry will be set up again for music and help with announcements. Kids...big Candy drop in construction area! Always lots of fun!! Looking forward to seeing everyone!!

Time: Gate opens at 11:00am

Food to be served at  approximately 2:00 – 2:30

12:15 - 12:30 - Presidents 'Welcome Everyone' followed by a Blessing for the Day and Singing of the National Anthem.

1:00 - Annual Membership Meeting - Kitchen Area 

2026 R&T Officers and Board recommended by the Nominating Committee for Members vote at the Membership Mtg. Sept. 27^th were approved by membership.  They are Officers, President Bud Burdy, 1st VP Walter Wilson, 2nd VP Butch Biesecker,  Secretary Nina Wolf, Treasurer Deborah Wilson, Curator Bill Hazzard, Chaplain Jeff Long.   Directors Kathleen Hazzard, Megan Cherny, Bill Glenn, Dennis Hornberger, Keith Kuhlengel,  Wayne Hartshorne, Glenn Stauffer,  Cindy Garver, David Supers Jr., Dakota Jenkins,  Adam Haines. Alternate Directors, Kristen Worrell,  Leroy Blank.   

Ticket Price: $22.00 adults and children 10 and under $11.00 – tickets are limited to 300 so get your tickets now… 

Tickets are now on Sale through Pay Pal on the Rough and Tumble Website by visiting the ‘Gift Shop’ and scrolling to Picnic Tickets, by email at info@roughandtumble.org and will also be available in the Gift Shop at the Thresherman’s Reunion in August.  Questions can be sent to info@roughandtumble.org.

The ticket purchase includes:

 Lunch  Chicken halves, Mac and cheese, smoked potato salad and green beans seasoned with bacon. There will also be pulled pork, corn on the cob and lots of delicious desserts.

 There will also be deserts and drinks available to choose from.

Entertainment – 

Giveaways – we will again have some great prizes to be chanced off during the picnic – we get some wonderful baskets and giveaways donated from sponsors and groups of Rough and Tumble.  We will also have a 50/50 ticket event.

The grounds will be open to all Membership Ticket holders to enjoy … the shops, displays, Tractor Barns,  Little Toot,  etc. will be part of the fun for the day!
